These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Bogie's Pet Supply ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site or by submitting a form on the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site provides information about Bogie's Pet Supply and lets you contact us through our forms. It is intended for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, contract or professional advice unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Factual details of a public event — its name, date, place and price — are not claimed by Bogie's Pet Supply. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, see section 6b.

5. User-submitted content

When you submit information through the site, you confirm that (a) the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, (b) you have the right to submit it, and (c) submitting it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party content (such as videos or maps). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those third parties. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and is governed by that site's terms.

6b. Copyright complaints

If you own material that appears on this site and you want it removed, write to abuse@clevercrow.ai with (a) the page URL, (b) a description of the material, (c) proof that you own it or act for the owner, and (d) contact details. We remove or credit the material, or explain why we believe the use is lawful, within 10 business days. We keep a record of every complaint and our response.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy of content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bogie's Pet Supply and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 Data deletion

You may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time using this form (or the one in our Privacy Policy):





You will get a confirmation code and a status page immediately. We verify that you own the email address or account named in the request before deleting anything, and complete verified requests within 30 days.

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to our app, you can also remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram settings; we receive that signal and delete the connection automatically.

10.2 Requests from public authorities

We disclose personal data to government bodies, courts or law-enforcement agencies only after reviewing the legality of the request, only to the minimum extent the request lawfully covers, and we challenge requests we consider unlawful. Every request and our response is documented. The full process is described in section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the site or these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the site is operated. Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.
